Booklets are made up of multiple pages, with a minimum of 8 pages required in order to create a booklet.
A5 booklets are made up from double sided A4 printed sheets which are then collated and folded in half to make A5 pages. If you have 2 A4 sheets this creates an 8 Page A5 Booklet as each A4 sheet has 4 A5 Pages; 2 on the front and 2 on the back.
We generally print booklets with a maximum of 80 pages, having more pages requires more sheets which can cause problems when binding the booklets.
Booklet Printing can be done in either A5 or A4 sizes. We can also produce booklets in A5 Landscape. As mentioned A5 booklets start as A4 sheets, A4 Booklets start as A3 sheets.
As well as offering booklet printing in a variety of sizes we also offer booklets with a choice of paper weights and types. You can choose to have your booklets with a different cover paper and inside paper. This is great if you want to have a heavier cover paper. Booklets can be printed using Uncoated, Satin or Gloss paper. We can also laminate the covers of your booklet.
Booklet Printing can be done in either full colour or mono. Full colour booklets are fantastic for promoting your products or services. Mono booklets are great as training manuals or handbooks and are considerably cheaper.
Colour Booklet Printing
As mentioned we can produce booklets in either Colour or Mono.
Colour Booklets are printed using Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. This process allows every other colour to be produced.
Colour Booklets can be used for Brochures, Magazine, Catalogues, Programmes or Prospectuses.
