Delivery & Turnaround Information
Unless you choose to collect your job (details below) we'll deliver it using a next-day courier service. We currently use DPD for all our next day deliveries, they provide an excellent first time delivery rate and fantastic tracking information.
It's worth mentioning that as we use a 3rd party courier we can only guarantee Dispatch dates, not the delivery dates. Currently 99% of deliveries are completed successfully, which means 1 in 100 isn't. For time critical orders we'd recommend giving an extra day for delivery just in case.
All deliveries will require a signature, unless you tell us when placing your order (delivery notes) that there's somewhere safe to leave it.
If you're not in when DPD attempt the delivery they'll leave a card with further instructions on rearranging the delivery.
If you don't receive your delivery the working day after it's dispatched please contact us immediately so we can track it.

Every price displayed on our site includes free UK Mainland delivery.
Standard Turnaround
The exact turnaround time depends on the job spec, however in general your job will be ready within 48 hours of placing the order. The exact turnaround times are given when you spec your job.
Express Turnaround - Add 25%
We can dispatch your job one working day earlier than the standard. We charge a 25% surcharge for this service. The exact cost is calculated when completing your order.
DPD Next Day
This is our standard (free) service. Orders can arrive between 9am and 5pm the next working day after you receive our dispatch notification.
If you call us on the day of the delivery we can normally give you an ETA for the delivery accurate to one hour.
DPD Pre-10am - £20.00
Order is delivered before 10am on the day of delivery.
DPD Pre-Noon - £10.00
Order is delivered before noon on the day of delivery.
DPD Saturday - £20.00
Order is delivered anytime on a Saturday.
For pre-noon a Saturday the cost is £25. For pre-10am the cost is £30.
Collections
You're welcome to come and collect your job. Simply select the day you'd like to collect on when placing your order. Your job will be available from 4.30pm on the day of collection. We can sometimes have your job available sooner, please call to confirm.
